Excellent . Stephen was excellent with all aspects of the sale of my property, including his knowledge of the current real estate market, his excellent communication skills in keeping me apprised of all actions pertaining to the sale on my property and his professionalism was the best. If possible, I would rate him much higher than 5 stars!!!!

Extraordinary realtor . Steve and Ashely were awesome. My home was on the market for about 4 months and paying two mortgages, it was stressful. I got low ball offer after another but steve helped me to stick with it and continue to hold with my asking price. We did and I got my asking! Both Steve and Ashely were patient with me and quick to respond to my questions and concerns. I am very grateful for their expertise. Would recommend to anyone looking to sale or buy a home.

Fantastic Service and Flexibility. We used Stephen and Ashley to sell our home in Winterville, NC and to purchase our new home in Goldsboro, NC. We own a business and they often met with us outside of "normal" hours due to this and drove out of their way to help us see homes around our schedule. I could reach out via call or text at any time and they would respond. Every address we were interested in they sent us a summary of important things to note about the listing and they were able to provide valuable insight. Highly recommend them!
